Predesigned Website Questions:

What do I need to get started?
You will first need a domain name.  You can register this with a company such as Godaddy.com.
Next, you will need an approved hosting provider.
Once you have those 2 items, you can purchase the website template of your choice and I will email you with all the information I will need in order to install your template.  Once all necessary information is received, I will put your install on my schedule and will be installed in the time-frame given.

Do you allow changes to any of your templates?
Yes!  If you need a slight color change or font change, I would be happy to make these changes with the $25 change fee found at checkout.  Any other changes will be considered a Custom website.

If I have my own logo, can you insert my logo into one of your premade designs?
Yes!  If you have your logo file in either a psd, png, ai, or eps file on a transparent background, I would gladly place this into the header of the template of your choice. 

Which web hosting providers do you work with?
You can find that information here.  If you don't see your hosting provider on this page, please contact me as I may actually work with your hosting.

If I don't use an approved hosting provider, can I still purchase one of your templates?
Yes!  You will be responsible for installing the design on your own host.  I will provide the customized graphics only.

I do not need the cart feature.  Can I still purchase one of your premade designs?
Yes! Just let me now you'll be purchasing and I'll remove the Our Products/Services and the View Cart Options.

When will you have some new designs available?
We create designs as we have available time. There is no scheduled time to post new designs.  If you have something in mind that you do not see, perhaps a custom website may be what you need.

How many of each design to do sell?
All designs are sold 10 times and then retired.

Can I use my web template for printed material, etsy, banners, or my blog?
Your website template and coordinating graphics are only to be used for the website domain the template was originally purchased for.  I would be happy to create these items for you.  Please review restored316designs terms & policies for any further information.

Can I get the layered .psd and/or jpg files so I can create my own graphics?
We do not send out any layered .psd or .jpg files with your template purchase.  Please review the answer above along with restored316designs terms & policies.

How long does installation take?
I keep my installation time frames updated on the home page of my site.
