Do you provide support for your themes?
Depending on my current schedule, I am able to provide support at my hourly rate of $100. I do my very best to provide all tutorials listed here to get your site set up just like the demo shown. If you are needing customizations beyond the tutorials listed, you’re welcome to contact me and if I’m unable to fit you into my schedule, I’m happy to provide some referrals.
How do I set up a WordPress Blog?
You will first need a hosting account. I highly recommend Bluehost. Once you’re all signed up, you can login to your cpanel, navigation to the WordPress icon, and follow the steps to install a fresh version of WordPress. If you already have WordPress set up on your site, you do not need this step.
How do I install my new theme?
You will first need to have the Genesis framework installed to your site in order for the your new child theme to operate. You will login to your WordPress dashboard and navigation to Appearance>Themes>Install Themes>Upload. {see screenshot}

Then browse your computer and locate the genesis.zip file to upload. Once Genesis is installed, you will follow the same steps above to upload your new child theme.
How do I install a plugin?
- Navigate to Dashboard>Plugins>Add New
- Search for your plugin or Select upload from the top and upload your zip file
- Click the install now button
- Once done installing, click the ‘Activate plugin’ link.
How do I set up my navigation menu?
- Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and create your Custom Menu.
- Click Screen Options in the upper right corner of the Menus page to choose which options you wish to show for your menu items.
- Select the items you wish to add to your menu, and click “Add to Menu”. You can simply drag and drop the items into the order you wish them to appear.
- Once the menu has been saved, you can assign it to the Theme Location in the top left of the screen unless it is to be used as a widget.
